For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to Montani Studios("Photographer"), its legal representatives, assigns, and those acting with its permission, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval.

I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Photographer from any and all liability arising out of the use of the photographs, including without limitation any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.

I am of full legal age and have read this release and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
