For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to Montani Studios("Photographer"), its legal representatives, assigns, and those acting with its permission, the irrevocable right to use photographs taken of the property described below for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other lawful purpose and in any manner and medium.

I warrant that I am the owner or authorized representative of the property and have the authority to grant this release. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Photographer from any and all liability arising out of the use of the photographs.
